Cheri Drake is a lifelong resident of Lawrence, Kansas, graduating from Lawrence High School in 1984. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate business, and has been a top producing agent in the Lawrence MLS since 2002. Cheri is a past President of the Lawrence Board of Realtors, Treasurer of the Hidden Valley Board of Directors, and Past Vice-President of the Kansas Association of Realtors Zone 11. Cheri has been a Girl Scout leader for the last 9 years and she supports numerous local organizations such as Cottonwood, Inc., Health Care Access, and others.

Cheri employs a full-time, licensed Transaction Coordinator, Debbie Sanderson.Debbie is also a Lawrence High School graduate and has 18 years of experience including, title insurance, lending and real estate sales.
Debbie is not like other assistants in that she is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Kansas. She will be assisting Cheri in ensuring that you are informed throughout the transaction process. Cheri employs a Licensed Transaction Coordinator in order to better service YOU, her valued customer!
